The Certification and Accreditation Administration of China has released the "Service Certification in China" document

China is gradually moving towards the era of "service economy" today. Service certification, as a new certification system based on customer perception, attention to organizational quality management, and satisfaction of service characteristics, plays a positive role in improving the quality of service supply, perfecting the service market governance system, enhancing China's international competitiveness in services, and meeting the needs of the people for a better life.

Standing at the historical starting point of the new era, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China has released for the first time the "China's Service Certification", which elaborates on the characteristics, functions, and current development status of service certification in China. The aim is to enhance the awareness and attention of the whole society to service certification, with the hope that relevant departments and all sectors of society will jointly care for, support, and participate in service certification work.

As the saying goes, 'When the wind blows through the waves, there will be times when the cloud sails sail across the vast sea.' China's service certification work will be committed to promoting the quality improvement of Chinese services and meeting the needs of the people for a better life!
