On September 6th, the 2018 China Market Supervision and Management Forum with the theme of "Fair Competition and High Quality Development" was held at the Baiyun International Convention Center in Guangzhou. In his keynote speech, Gan Lin pointed out that the core of promoting high-quality economic development is to transform government functions and fully leverage the fundamental role of competition policy. In recent years, market regulatory authorities have stimulated market vitality through continuous promotion of commercial system reform, optimized the business environment by strengthening competition law enforcement, maintained market order by highlighting key areas of regulation, improved regulatory efficiency through innovative market regulatory mechanisms, continuously standardized China's market order, and promoted the construction of a unified national market, creating conditions for the healthy development of China's economy.
