Due to the needs of our company's business development, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, our company was approved by the Beilin District Administrative Approval Service Bureau of Xi'an City on July 31, 2023. The company name was changed from "Xi'an Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd." to "Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd.
At present, the qualification changes of the Certification and Accreditation Administration and the Accreditation Committee have been fully completed. The relevant changes are hereby announced as follows:

1、 Starting today, the company will adopt a new name "Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd.
2、 After the change of company name, the business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged.
3、 Existing certificates: Various certification certificates issued by "Xi'an Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd." before the name change will continue to be valid during the validity period. The certificate query screenshot from the Certification and Accreditation Administration shows that the issuing authority has been updated to the new name.
4、 Certificate change: Following the principle of "no change, no change". If the certified organization needs to replace the certificate with a new one, they can submit a request to our company to replace the certificate with a new version.
5、 Existing contracts: Certification contracts, cooperation agreements, or contracts signed by "Xi'an Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd." prior to the renaming shall remain valid.
6、 New certificate activation date: October 1st, 2023.
7、 Certificate transition period: from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2026. During this period, existing certificates will be processed according to the instructions in Articles 3 and 4.
