In order to adhere to the quality policy of "fairness, independence, efficiency, and professionalism", Xi'an Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoxin United") held the "2022 Equity Conference" in the company's conference room on February 16, 2023, in accordance with the requirements of the "Management System Certification Body Requirements" and the "Integrity Committee Charter".
The attendees of the meeting include: certified enterprises, certified enterprise clients, auditors, occupational safety and health personnel, legal shareholders, company management representative An Ye, and general manager Tong Yonggang.

General Manager's Work Report
The attending representatives listened to and reviewed the work report of the General Manager and Yonggang on the year 2022, and conducted research and discussion on the report. At the same time, representatives of each committee member, based on their respective work experience and analysis of market development prospects, put forward the following guiding suggestions:
Firstly, in the increasingly competitive market environment, as a third-party certification body, it is essential to firmly enhance professional capabilities and risk management determination, and always adhere to the bottom line of legality and compliance without wavering;
Secondly, optimize redundant programs, improve the efficiency of internal management and certification activities, and strengthen the management of key processes in certification activities;
Thirdly, we will continuously improve the process of high-quality development of the enterprise through steady operation, and strive to achieve the corporate vision of "social credibility, government acceptance, and international mutual trust".

Subsequently, department heads and key personnel reported on their respective fields of work. The attending committee members reviewed and studied the relevant materials provided by each functional department, and put forward consistent opinions on the fairness of the 2022 certification activities
Confirm that Guoxin United has not been affected by commercial or other factors in its certification activities, and has not been affected by interests or potential interests. The process of Guoxin United's 2022 audit and certification decisions is fair and effective.
