GB/T50430, also known as "Quality Management Specification for Engineering Construction Enterprises", is a standard drafted by the Ministry of Construction to strengthen the quality management work of engineering construction enterprises, standardize a series of processes including engineering bidding, signing of construction contracts, construction site survey, design of construction drawings, preparation of construction related operation manuals, entry of personnel and materials, construction process management and inspection, internal completion acceptance, completion delivery acceptance, personnel departure for file transfer, and warranty services. The purpose is to promote the comprehensive implementation of GB/T50430 by construction enterprises, further strengthen and implement quality responsibilities, improve enterprise self-discipline and quality management level, and promote the scientific, standardized, and legal management of construction enterprise quality.
