In accordance with the relevant principles and requirements of IAF ID3:2011 Management of Emergencies or Situations Affecting Accreditation Agencies, Conformity Assessment Agencies and Certificated Organizations, and in response to the requirements of the Accreditation Service (CNAS), and at the same time better cooperate with the country in preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, our company temporarily verifies the continuous effectiveness of the management system of the certificated organizations by means of "short-term evaluation" for the supervision and recertification projects whose validity period expires in February 2020. The specific notice is as follows:

1、 The acceptance and evaluation of certification applications are proceeding normally;

2、 The on-site audit work in February 2020 has been suspended, and the specific resumption date will be determined based on the notification from the government and higher-level supervisory units, as well as the situation of epidemic prevention and control, and will be notified separately;

3、 For certified organizations that are still valid and about to undergo supervision and audit in February 2020, short-term evaluation can be chosen. If GXLH collects relevant evidence and is confident that the certified organization's management system is effective, the supervision period can be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

4、 For certified organizations that are due for re certification in February 2020, a short-term evaluation can be selected. If GXLH has collected relevant evidence and is confident that the certified organization's management system is effective, the validity period of the certification can be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

5、 For certified organizations that have been suspended, they may choose short-term evaluation. If GXLH collects relevant evidence and is confident that the certified organization's management system is effective, the supervision period can be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

6、 For certified organizations that have exceeded the re certification validity period, short-term evaluation can be selected. If GXLH has collected relevant evidence and is confident that the certified organization's management system is effective, the certification validity period can be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

7、 When selecting the above short-term evaluations for review, it is not allowed to violate the requirements of current relevant certification rules.
