Implementation Plan for Conversion of Certified Certificates with Labels

All departments and related clients of the company:

Xi'an Guoxin United Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GXLH) obtained CNAS accreditation on September 18, 2021, and from today on, can accept certification applications with CNAS accreditation marks. In order to facilitate the conversion of certificates for certified clients who previously held recognized fields and the certification of recognized fields for new clients, the following arrangements are made for the implementation of relevant certifications:

1、 Types of certification implemented in the field of accreditation:

1. Requirements and conditions for new/re certified customers:

1) Within the recognized field, GXLH will no longer accept certification applications without labels.

2) In the recognized field, if a new customer has been operating for more than 3 months after establishing a management system and meets other certification application conditions specified by GXLH, GXLH can accept and implement certification audits. After meeting the requirements, a certification certificate with a label will be issued.

2. Customers who originally held certification certificates in recognized fields:

1) The management system operates normally and effectively;

2) Accept GXLH's supervision and audit according to the contract requirements;

After meeting the above conditions, accept GXLH's supervision and audit, and replace the certificate with a label after meeting the requirements.

2、 Arrangement of conversion authentication

1. Starting from October 1, 2021, initial review/re certification projects within the recognized field will be issued with labeled certification certificates;

2. Starting from October 1, 2021, certified clients in the recognized field shall undergo supervision and audit in accordance with the contract requirements, and shall be issued a certificate with a label after meeting the requirements.

3. The timing and person day requirements for supervision and review are divided into two categories:

1) During normal supervision and audit:

The auditor days shall be increased by 20% or at least 0.5 person days on the basis of the original supervision and audit time, whichever is higher;

2) When conducting label conversion independently, an additional independent audit will be conducted, and the audit process will be carried out according to 1); In principle, GXLH does not recommend customers to follow this procedure.
