Product after-sales service certification: The GB/T 27922-2011 "Evaluation System for After sales Service of Goods" standard was jointly released by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Management Committee on December 30, 2011. After sales service for products not only includes product transportation, installation and debugging, maintenance and repair, provision of spare parts, business consultation, personnel training, and exchange and refund, but also includes relationship marketing for existing customers, such as establishing customer databases, strengthening customer contact, conducting surveys on customer satisfaction, and providing information feedback.
